However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our returns policy is as carefully crafted as our size-inclusive collections, ensuring a seamless experience when you need to return or exchange an item.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (including bustier tops) unless faulty. Final sale items marked “non-returnable” at purchase are also excluded.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours with return authorization and instructions.
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to our Miami headquarters using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred shipping method for returns. We recommend using:
- DHL/FedEx for faster processing (typically 10-15 days)
- EMS for more economical shipping (typically 15-25 days)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for your replacement item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item (like an embroidered Chanderi dress with defects), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item.
